In the South, there is an innate understanding that the home is the center of the world. Worthington Home was built on this foundation—a legacy passed down through a lineage of artistry and exceptional taste. Raised in a home that served as a living gallery of 1920s and 1930s artistry, my appreciation for soulful, curated environments was instinctive. This perspective was broadened by years of global travel alongside my mother, whose unfailing eye instilled in me an early love for the European art of living and its fashion-driven color formulations.
This aesthetic intuition is balanced by a disciplined, forty-year journey in Interior Architecture and Design. From my Kentucky roots to leading high-stakes projects within top international design firms, my work is forged by a global perspective and a rigorous commitment to technical precision.
My competitive advantage is an earned foresight built over decades in the industry. I see the technical complexities of a full-scale residential build or a boutique retail environment long before the first hammer swings, ensuring that when changes occur, they are intentional design enhancements—never corrections for an error.
Today, Worthington Home operates from our historic coastal studio in Newburyport, Massachusetts, serving clients locally and across the country. We bring national-level standards and the luxury of certainty to every private, custom residences and boutique ateliers we touch.

Our philosophy is simple: a space must be as soulful as it is structural. Decades of leading complex projects taught me that great design is built on architectural logic, but my history taught me a room without a story is just a space.
